Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in RealPlayer, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

 

An error within the handling of MP4 files can be exploited to corrupt memory, the parsing of RealMedia ASMRuleBook can be exploited to execute arbitrary code and the RealJukebox Media parser can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerabilities may allow execution of arbitrary code.
