A vulnerability has been identified in Google Chrome, which could be exploited by attackers to compromise an affected system. This issue is caused due to certain URI handlers being registered in an insecure manner by the browser, which could be exploited by remote attackers to pass malicious arguments to a registered URI handler and execute arbitrary commands by tricking a user into visiting a specially crafted web page.
